What we measure
Every assessment is scoped to the house. You will not be sold testing that your building, age and symptoms do not warrant.
Mold
Surface, cavity and ERMI dust sampling to identify species and locate the moisture source feeding them.
Air quality
Particulates, humidity, ventilation performance and combustion byproducts across occupied rooms.
Water
Lead, copper, disinfection byproducts, PFAS and hardness, taken at the tap you actually drink from.
VOCs
Off-gassing from flooring, cabinetry, paint, adhesives and furnishings, measured in place.
EMF
Magnetic fields, electric fields, radiofrequency and dirty electricity, mapped room by room.

Thermal imaging and moisture readings to find intrusion before it becomes remediation.

Three stages, usually two to three weeks from first call to plan in hand.

A call to understand the house, the timeline, and what prompted the call. We tell you which testing is worth doing and which is not.

On-site collection, or a kit shipped to you with instructions. Samples go to accredited third-party laboratories.

Report and plan
Results in plain language, with what each number means, what needs action, and in what order. Not a raw lab printout.
Why independent testing
Most environmental testing in residential work is done by the same company that will sell you the remediation. That arrangement rewards finding problems, and it rewards finding expensive ones.
Spored does not remediate. We test, interpret, and hand you a prioritised plan you can take to any contractor. If the result is that your house is fine, that is a finding we are happy to deliver, and you will still have the baseline documentation for the next time something changes.
Samples are processed by accredited third-party laboratories. You receive the raw lab data alongside the interpretation, so nothing is taken on trust.
